WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING
SOUR SUNFLOWER AS YOUR WEDDING FLORIST.

  1. After filling out the contact form, you will receive your preliminary quote.
    This is based on my interpretation of your inspiration photos, the venue, the flowers you want, and is purely for you to get an idea on numbers.
    We are always happy to work within your ideal budget and help you get the most out of your flowers.

    Please note that this quote is only valid for 7 days from issue.

  2. A phone call can be organised to discuss your quote in more detail, and to answer any questions you may have. This is where we refine the quote and ensure that our visions are aligned.

  3. If you decide to go ahead with Sour Sunflower, an official quote will be sent to you. To lock in your date, a non-refundable 15% deposit that goes towards your total invoice, and a signed copy of Sour Sunflower’s Terms and Conditions is required.

  4. Now we get started on the fun part! The design process begins, and within 10 days you will receive a comprehensive mood board with proposed colours, flower varieties and renders of your ceremony arrangements.
    From here, we work on any design changes in the lead up to your wedding day.
